Own the product planning and design of the Lanfeng Preferred agro-input e-commerce platform, leading requirement analysis, prototypes and iteration for APP/H5/mini-program. Plan product modules (goods, orders, marketing, membership) around grower scenarios to lift experience and conversion; collaborate with tech/operations/design to ship, own delivery quality and schedule.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in product design/computer science/e-commerce/agronomy; 3+ years of internet/e-commerce product management, having launched at least one product end-to-end; strong user insight, logic and documentation; agro-input/ToB experience preferred.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Lanfeng Preferred platform: on/off shelving, SKU management and pricing. Plan and run campaigns (flash sales, group-buy, limited-time price) to raise conversion and repurchase; monitor operational data to optimize strategy; work with supply chain on inventory and fulfillment, handle exceptions and feedback.

College degree or above, preferably in e-commerce/marketing/agronomy; 3+ years of e-commerce operations, agro-input/FMCG experience preferred; data analysis ability; strong responsibility and cross-department communication.

Own platform promotion and traffic growth, plan online/offline campaigns. Run WeChat public account, communities and short-video channels to grow brand reach; plan acquisition/retention/conversion activities; expand dealer and grower channels; track data and refine investment and content strategy.

College degree or above, preferably in marketing/advertising/e-commerce; 2+ years of e-commerce promotion or content operations with new-media matrix experience; familiar with short-video/live/community tactics; agro-input experience preferred; strong copywriting and data review skills.

Develop market channels and customers, gather market intelligence, manage orders and hit regional sales growth targets.

Review contracts and assist in drafting and improving contract templates; conduct legal review of company policies; organize documentation and legal affairs.

Supervise financial revenue/expenditure plans, budgets, credit plans and economic contract performance; conduct financial, departure, economic-responsibility and engineering audits; draft audit plans, reports and management recommendations.

R&D of new products, trials, process improvements, validation of new technologies and industrial-scale design and production.

Instrument repair, maintenance, calibration and periodic verification; configuration, hardware maintenance and commissioning of DCS/SIS/GDS/PLC and fire alarm systems.

Responsible for electrical design, programming and on-site commissioning of equipment, plus upgrade and retrofit of electrical systems; archiving of technical documents.
