Product Performance

This product consists of pyridaben and abamectin. Pyridaben is a contact acaricide used for controlling a wide range of phytophagous mites. It is highly effective against all developmental stages of mites, including eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adults, and exhibits rapid knockdown activity against motile stages of adult mites. Abamectin is a macrocyclic lactone disaccharide compound, a natural product isolated from soil microorganisms. It possesses contact and stomach toxicity against insects and mites, with slight fumigant activity, but lacks systemic activity. However, it has strong penetrative action on leaf tissue, enabling it to kill pests beneath the epidermis, and has a relatively long residual efficacy period.

Usage Range & Method

Technical Requirements

1. This product is used for the control of citrus red mite (Panonychus citri). The optimal timing for application is at the early and peak stages of mite infestation. The method of application is foliar spraying, with an interval of 20 days between applications. 2. Ensure thorough and uniform coverage during application, spraying both the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of citrus leaves. 3. Do not apply under windy conditions or when rainfall is expected within 1 hour.
