On April 14, 2019, the 19th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors of Jiangsu Lanfeng Bio-Chemical Co., Ltd. was held in the ground-floor meeting room of Building 15, Suhua Science & Technology Park, Suzhou. All directors of the company attended the meeting, and the company's supervisors and senior executives attended as observers. The meeting was presided over by the company's Chairman Yang Zhenhua.
The meeting heard the 2018 annual work report delivered by General Manager Geng Binquan. The report reviewed and summarized the work of 2018 and set out the overall approach, guidelines and objectives, business targets and priority tasks for 2019. The meeting also heard and deliberated special reports including the 2018 Board of Directors work report, the 2018 financial final accounts report and the 2018 internal control evaluation report, and approved 14 motions.
The directors present voted on and commented on the meeting's proposals, fully affirming the company's achievements in areas such as environmental protection, work safety, technological upgrading and innovation, and risk control, while also putting forward suggestions on the problems currently facing the company.
The 12th meeting of the 4th Supervisory Board of Lanfeng was held concurrently, deliberating and approving the company's 2018 Supervisory Board work report and related motions.
