Pear growers fear black spot disease, and Guotong helps you stabilize the season.
Pear scab is a common disease on pear trees, with its occurrence closely related to overcast and rainy weather as well as high humidity. Once the disease develops, it causes leaf spotting and premature defoliation, thereby reducing yield. The key to controlling pear scab lies in early prevention and the selection of targeted fungicides—Guotong 80% Carbendazim·Mancozeb Wettable Powder is registered for use against pear scab and can be applied by foliar spraying according to the label instructions.
Pear scab typically first shows symptoms on leaves, with lesions spreading from lower to upper parts of the plant and increasing in number over time. In the early stage, the symptoms are inconspicuous; by the time the lesions coalesce into patches and spraying is initiated, it is often already too late. Therefore, frequent field scouting is essential—apply the first spray as soon as lesions are first observed on pear trees to suppress the pathogen source.

Guotong 80% Carbendazim + Mancozeb Wettable Powder, Registration No. PD20085833 (subject to the actual label). Primarily controls pear scab (Venturia nashicola), and also provides supplementary control of apple alternaria blotch (Alternaria mali). Dilute at 640–800× with water and apply as a foliar spray. Spray at the early stage of disease onset, and a repeat application may be made at 7–10-day intervals depending on disease severity. Ensure sufficient water volume and thoroughly wet the affected plant parts.
Prolonged continuous use of fungicides such as carbendazim can readily induce pathogen resistance. It is recommended to rotate with fungicides of different modes of action. For specific dosage and water dilution rates, always refer to the product label. Since crop varieties and weather conditions vary by region, do not blindly copy application regimens used elsewhere.
