On April 7, Lanfeng held the 2023 special training under the new enterprise apprenticeship system. Four teachers from the College of Agriculture and Forestry Engineering of Xuzhou Vocational College of Bioengineering gave lectures to employees. On the day of the training, the company livestreamed and shared it to the whole network via the "Jiangsu Lanfeng Crops" video channel.
The Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jiangsu Province issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the New Enterprise Apprenticeship System." The Xinyi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau took the lead in organizing local public colleges, secondary schools, and enterprises to adopt a training model of "dual system of enterprise and school, integration of work and study," training a batch of mid-to-high-level skilled talents through methods such as "dual mentors from enterprise and school, alternating work and study." In 2022, Lanfeng joined with Xuzhou Vocational College of Bioengineering to jointly carry out the new enterprise apprenticeship training.
Before the training began, Zhang Ming, Secretary of the College of Agriculture and Forestry Engineering, and his delegation visited Lanfeng's R&D laboratories, production plants, and intelligent control center, and held in-depth discussions with employee representatives of Lanfeng.
Zhang Ming and his delegation gave special training to Lanfeng employees on the themes of "Interpretation of Agricultural Genetic Biosafety Management," "New Vegetable Production Technologies," "Flower Production Technologies," and "Plant Nutrition and Fertilization."
With the principle of "recruiting workers is recruiting students, entering the enterprise is entering the school, and dual mentors from enterprise and school jointly cultivate talent," the new enterprise apprenticeship system combines learning with work and master-apprentice mentoring with vocational training, staying close to Lanfeng's actual production, reducing the "conflict between work and study," strengthening the craftsmanship spirit of Lanfeng employees, and enhancing employees' knowledge reserves and skill levels across multiple dimensions.
In the future, Lanfeng will continue to closely focus on cultivating knowledgeable, skilled, and innovative practical talent, placing high importance on the training and improvement of employees' vocational skills, so as to continuously meet the talent demands of the enterprise's development.
