In order to strengthen health management, care for employees' physical well-being, and spread a culture of well-being, from June 27 to June 29, the Lanfeng company invited medical institutions onto the factory grounds and carried out the 2023 annual occupational health examinations for all first-line production employees. The examinations covered more than ten items, including internal and surgical medicine, routine blood tests, color Doppler ultrasound, whole-body arterial examination, electrocardiogram, X-ray, and others.
This occupational health examination mainly targeted employees working at positions exposed to dust, noise, high temperatures, and irritating gases on the production floor, aiming to comprehensively grasp the health level of employees in production positions, formulate targeted prevention and control measures, enhance employees' awareness of preventing occupational hazard factors, and truly achieve "treating diseases early and preventing diseases when healthy," eliminating unhealthy factors in the bud and reducing the risk of illness.
By carrying out occupational health examinations, not only can employees gain a comprehensive understanding of their own physical condition and the occupational-disease hazard factors they are exposed to in their working environment, but it also strengthens the company's publicity and education on the laws and regulations on occupational disease prevention, provides a reliable basis for the company to establish occupational health records, and makes occupational disease prevention work more standardized.
