On the afternoon of January 13, 2023, Jiangsu Lanfeng Biochemical Co., Ltd. held the 2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting in the company conference center. At the meeting, General Manager Liu Anping summarized the company's work in 2022 and deployed the company's 2023 economic development goals and key work tasks.
Liu Anping pointed out that in 2022, under the leadership of the board of directors, the company actively mobilized all employees, worked with one heart and one mind, overcame difficulties and worked hard, further strengthened safe production, consolidated the foundation of environmental protection work, stabilized market sales, fought hard to stabilize production in the face of difficulties, strictly managed quality to ensure product quality, gradually improved internal control level, and, combined with corporate culture construction, condensed people's hearts and improved the quality of all staff, completed the goals and tasks determined at the beginning of the year.
Liu Anping emphasized that in 2023, Lanfeng will continue to firmly hold the bottom line and fully implement the development concept of giving priority to safety; optimize environmental protection facilities to keep economic operation stable and explore new paths for cleaner production; further strengthen budget management and implement precise performance assessment; strengthen special management to lay a solid foundation for improving quality and efficiency; give full play to the maximum production capacity of products, improve quality and reduce consumption, meet sales demand, and strive to maximize the market value of products; make every effort to promote the construction of technical transformation projects to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise development; establish a benefit orientation to achieve orderly sales growth; and do a good job in corporate culture and team building, showing the new atmosphere of the company's work with the practical results of 'achieving results'. The Xinyi headquarters achieved an output value of 750 million yuan; Ningxia Lanfeng achieved an output value of 540 million yuan.

Previously, the company had organized special budget management training and proposed the next management matters. After February 2023, in the process of budget preparation, departments should be discussed one by one, quantified to each department, each person, each month, each product and each customer. The indicator coverage should be comprehensive, and key points should also be highlighted. By preparing the fund budget plan, a good foundation would be laid for the start of 2023.
Chairman Liu Zhi said that in the past year, through management, it was found that operating an enterprise is a slow and meticulous job with no shortcuts.
